Small Quantity Assembly

Using traditional methods and employing many years of experience, Besttech staff carry out manual assembly of conventional technology pcbs in small, medium and larger volumes.

PTH Auto Insertion Assembly

Used automatic machines to insert Axial and Radial components, Panasert JV, AE, AVB and RH. Machines specification as of 5mm-20mm lead pitch, 26mm and 52mm axial and 2.5 mm. radial feeders type.

Surface mount Assembly

Working with all surface mount packages including QFP, Chip Scale Packages and passives down to 0201 a high level of placement accuracy, solder joint integrity and quality is consistently achieved.

Mix Technology Assembly (SMD with PTH)

Besttech can assembly mix process SMD and PTH  with automatic machines and manual, based on customer product requirements.
